Problem:
Low-quality metals or inadequate plating often lead to jewelry that tarnishes or corrodes quickly, especially when exposed to moisture, sweat, or daily wear.
Our Solution:
As a subsidiary of Dongguan HonHo Jewelry, we own our vacuum plating factory, allowing us to have full control over the quality and durability of every piece. We use high-quality stainless steel, brass, and silver, and our vacuum plating process ensures that our pieces have an exceptionally durable and long-lasting finish.
For stainless steel, our plating thickness ranges from the standard 0.03 microns to a maximum of 0.1 microns. This ensures that your jewelry has superior resistance to tarnishing and will retain its shine much longer than other standard options in the market.
Problem:
Jewelry with insufficient plating can quickly lose its color and finish, especially with exposure to daily wear or environmental factors.
Our Solution:
At Dongguan HonHo Jewelry, we take plating quality to the next level with our vacuum plating factory dedicated to stainless steel, brass, and silver. The plating thickness is a key factor in the durability and longevity of the jewelry. We offer:
Stainless Steel Plating:
Our vacuum plating for stainless steel ranges from 0.03 microns to 0.1 microns. The Titanium Nitride (TIN) layer that we use as a protective barrier is 0.5 microns thick, which is significantly thicker than the 0.1 to 0.3 microns typically used by other suppliers. This gives our jewelry superior color retention and makes it more resistant to wear and tear.
Copper and Silver Plating:
For copper and silver jewelry, we provide plating thicknesses starting from 0.03 microns and can go as thick as 2.5 microns, depending on the design and material requirements. Additionally, we add white copper-tin layers as a protective base to ensure the color retention lasts longer and the jewelry maintains its original finish.
Problem:
Low-quality jewelry often suffers from fragility, with rings bending, chains snapping, or stones falling out after minimal wear.
Our Solution:
All of our custom jewelry is crafted using premium metals, and each piece undergoes rigorous structural testing. We ensure the durability and longevity of our jewelry by using precise techniques that make our pieces strong enough for everyday wear.
Problem:
Inconsistent sizing of rings, bracelets, or other jewelry can lead to customer dissatisfaction and higher return rates.
Our Solution:
We use advanced measurement techniques and precise custom molds to ensure that every piece is manufactured to the correct specifications. Whether itβs a ring size, bracelet length, or necklace, we guarantee the perfect fit every time.
Problem:
Jewelry with rough edges or uneven finishing makes for an uncomfortable wear experience and looks unprofessional.
Our Solution:
We ensure that all of our jewelry is smoothly finished through a combination of machine polishing and hand-finishing techniques. Every piece is inspected to ensure smooth edges and consistent high-quality finishes.
Problem:
Poorly set stones can lead to gemstones falling out, leaving the jewelry damaged and unreliable.
Our Solution:
We use professional stone-setting techniques to ensure that every gemstone is securely set. From prong settings to bezel settings, every stone undergoes a micro-pressure check to guarantee it remains firmly in place throughout its lifetime.
Problem:
Cheap metals often contain nickel or other allergens that irritate the skin, causing discomfort or allergic reactions.
Our Solution:
All of our stainless steel jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, ensuring that even sensitive skin can comfortably wear our pieces. We adhere to international safety standards to guarantee the safety and comfort of our customers.
Problem:
Jewelry with inconsistent color can look unprofessional and diminish your brandβs reputation.
Our Solution:
Thanks to our vacuum plating technology and the high thickness of our plating, we ensure that all jewelry pieces have consistent color and a uniform finish. We also perform random sample checks to ensure that every piece has the same high-quality finish, with no inconsistencies in color or plating.
