We handle every jewelry order with care and precision. Your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that order processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey. For domestic shipments within the United States, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, while expedited shipping reduces this to 2-3 business days. International orders generally arrive within 10-21 business days, though customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

For international shipments, please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the customer's responsibility. We declare the full value of all shipments as required by international trade regulations.

We recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

While we take every precaution in packaging, we strongly recommend selecting insurance at checkout for valuable items. For packages marked "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors and local postal services first, then contact the shipping carrier directly. For damaged items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the product and packaging.
